Standards and Validation
For the most part, this site is valid XHTML. An exception was made for pages containing shockwave. Whilst it is possible to use valid XHTML to embed shockwave using only the OBJECT tag, Safari 2.0 (and presumably some other older Netscape-style browsers) will not load the plugin without the EMBED tag (which is not included in the W3C spec for XHTML).
